Kelly Racing has broken ground on the significant expansion of its Braeside headquarters in Melbourne, Victoria.

The team announced in February that the workshop would be extended, increasing the size of Kelly Racing’s facility to over 4000 square metres.

With the design of the extension now finalised, earthmoving equipment has moved in to begin the initial stages of construction on the new wing of Kelly Racing.

AUSTRALIAN OWEN KELLY TO MAKE NASCAR DEBUT AT ROAD AMERICA PDF Print E-mail

Australian Owen Kelly will make his NASCAR debut when he races for Baker Curb Racing in the Bucyrus 200 at the Road America road course in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin in the United States on June 17-19 next week.

Kelly will make his first NASCAR start in the second-tier Nationwide Series at the impressive Road America circuit, a fast and undulating track regarded at the North American equivalent of Australia’s Mount Panorama circuit in the town of Bathurst, New South Wales.

Samantha Stosur stormed into the semifinals with a gritty three-set win over world
No.1 and top seed Serena Williams.

Stosur is the first player since Lindsay Davenport at the US Open in 2000 to defeat
both Henin and Serena Williams at one Grand Slam.

"Two great matches back to back for me is fantastic," Stosur said after her win last
night. "It's not over yet. I am in the semis and I want to definitely try and keep
going."
